Business Development Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through partnerships with App companies, utilizing expertise in digital solutions to create powerful business opportunities that meet their needs.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the sales process, utilizing data analysis to gain insights, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operation.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and negotiating business partnerships with new partners, building and executing growth strategies, and identifying new business opportunities with global and regional prospects.

In addition, the candidate will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges to identify collaboration opportunities.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, technology or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, partner management, digital services.

  • Proficiency in sales management or business development and partners management in technologies services.
  • Experience in preparing and conducting partner executive briefings.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Proficiency in MS software products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, partner management, digital services.
  • Experience in OTT solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
Tasks and Responsibilities:Discover New Partners, Services, and Business Models:
  • Prospect and negotiate business partnerships with new partners in the local market.
  • Build and Execute the GTM strategy of the App services on LG smart devices.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and key results by building and executing effective growth strategies.
Partner Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
  • Understand partners' goals, needs, and challenges to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with partners to ensure service quality, address issues, and solve inquiries with support from HQ.
Strategic Planning and Development:
  • Collaborate with headquarters and internal teams to develop annual business plans and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of partners engagement strategies, considering partners' content, marketing, and requirements.
Collaboration and Execution:
  • Develop and implement joint campaigns, events, and initiatives with partners.
  • Monitor and track the performance of partners App activities, analyzing data to optimize results.
Analysis:
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to build region-specific strategies and best practices.
