We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Sales Director to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities and aligning our company's vision and strategy with the business goals of our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to ensure timely renewals, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Articulate the value of Sabre's Airline IT & Distribution Solutions to address clients' business challenges.
  • Facilitate client participation in Sabre events to highlight future product strategies.
  • Handle client requests regarding change management and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B software sales and account management experience (minimum 10 years).
  • Previous airline experience and IT contract negotiation experience.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Expert negotiation and problem-solving abilities with strong influential aptitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities.
