Master Logistics Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing and leading all outbound operations within a fulfillment center. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring efficient shipping processes and timely delivery of customer orders.

The Senior Operations Manager will lead a large team of area managers and associates, driving operational excellence through key performance indicator management and continuous improvement initiatives. They will also ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures, as well as optimize resource allocation and labor planning to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

1. Manage End-to-End Outbound Operations: Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure smooth logistics and efficient order fulfillment.
2. Lead and Develop a Team: Lead a team of area managers and associates, providing guidance and support to drive team success.
3. Drive Operational Excellence: Implement key performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Maintain Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures to prevent accidents and maintain high-quality products.
5. Optimize Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and labor planning to meet productivity targets and maintain quality standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• Employee and Performance Management Experience: Proven experience in employee and performance management is necessary for this role.
• Lean Manufacturing Principles: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in an operational setting is essential.
• Advanced English Skills: Strong communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes is critical for this role.
