Job Description:
- Invoicing and tax control for complex projects involve defining laws applicable to each contract, aligning with customers and suppliers where necessary, covering sales items and shipments with and without returns.
- Issuance of equipment and services invoices, charges (debit notes, pro-formas, receipts), invoices on government websites, and manuals. Interacting with the customer, government, suppliers, project, finance, and logistics teams is crucial.
- Control billing within SAP and Smartsheet, validating final gross and net prices of contracts, as well as withholdings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
