Overview of the role:
The HR Operations Analyst position focuses on supporting HR operations by managing employee inquiries and helping process monthly updates such as new hires, departures, and salary adjustments. This role involves assisting with data compilation, validation, and entry for company information while ensuring accuracy and working with internal teams and external providers to support smooth operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with compilation, validation, and data entry of company information, ensuring accuracy.
- Managing questions and requests from employees and managers related to HR operations.
- Supporting collaboration between HR operations and other internal areas or external providers.
- Documenting processes and identifying potential improvements.
- Preparing reports for management and other areas.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Experience in administrative or HR work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and interest in process improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Basic organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Language Skills: Good level of English.
