As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing the city's supply capacity scale and delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities- Monitoring and Analysis: Effectively monitor the city's supply and demand situation, predict supply and demand status, understand the distribution of supply and demand in the city responsible, identify unresolved issues and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Strategy Development: Motivate riders, optimize capacity structure, and solve capacity problems through rider education, incentive traction activities, and horizontal collaboration.
- Summarize Knowledge Base: Summarize effective solutions for urban capacity operations and promote them widely.
- Strong data skills, able to quickly query and process data, and quickly capture the mutual influence of various indicators.
