Job Overview

American Airlines seeks a highly skilled Global Co-Brand Revenue Growth Strategist to join our Commercial Division's International Co-brand Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to acquire new co-brand credit card members and increase engagement of existing customers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, historical trends, and customer behavior to develop models that help identify opportunities to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Develop relationships with partner account managers and negotiate commercial terms with financial institution partners in Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
  • Collaborate with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute acquisition and/or retention campaigns throughout the year.
  • Create, revise, and analyze complex contracts and proposals to ensure maximizing value for American and our partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of sales, marketing, or project management experience, with 2 years of relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid in-office and remote location position.
