Role Overview:

As a Hospitality Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing meticulous cleaning and maintenance services in hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Vacuum rooms and corridors, paying attention to details
  • Restock and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to established protocols
  • Perform regular deep cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping trolleys on a daily basis
  • Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure prompt replacement or repair
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, adhering to safety guidelines
  • Demonstrate environmental awareness and adhere to proper waste disposal procedures
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing their needs
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation at all times
  • Participate in lost property procedures and assist other departments as needed
