About the Role
As a Principal Advisory Consultant, you will drive customer success in their digital transformation journey powered by AWS. You will focus on business enablement and transformation within industry verticals or business functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with C-level IT and business executives to identify strategic initiatives and develop roadmaps for execution.
- Disrupt and redesign business processes for cloud adoption, maximizing benefits and improving business metrics.
- Architect and deliver technical solutions to solve complexity, scale, and performance challenges, leading to breakthrough innovations.
- Drive orchestrated adoption and execution of strategy, operations, and process design.
- Plan and lead organizational change, securing buy-in and defining shared outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
- Develop compelling business cases illustrating ROI/TCO and roadmap for sustainable value from cloud technology investments.
- Built network of internal AWS teams, partners, and external customer teams to drive change and deliver customer value.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant leadership and/or management experience in business technology, enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development.
- In-depth knowledge working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Zachman, TOGAF, Business Capability maps, Value Maps).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese, in technical and business settings.
