Overview

We are seeking an experienced Time and Attendance Professional to join our Lifecycle Team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time and Attendance activities for external employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have solid operational experience in HR, with a focus on generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries. They should have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Time and Attendance, providing guidance on Time and Attendance issues, and collaborating with clients and employees to address inquiries.

Additionally, they will contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee journey, gather feedback from stakeholders, and leverage best practices to enhance the employee experience.

Our team is remote-friendly, and we prioritize candidates in EMEA. The successful candidate will report to the Time and Attendance Manager and work closely with the Lifecycle team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of Time and Attendance SOPs: develop and maintain efficient and compliant SOPs.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: provide guidance on Time and Attendance issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: contribute to the enhancement of the employee journey and experience.
  • Data Management and Confidentiality: manage employee data accurately, securely, and confidentially.
