Material Controller Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Controller to oversee the receipt, storage, and movement of materials within our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Moving materials physically and systematically using forklifts and/or pallet jacks;
  • Utilizing inventory management software (FIFO/WMS) and tools to optimize stock levels and locations;
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records of inventory and supplies;
  • Preparing materials for shipment: packaging components, loading cargo, labeling packages, and stacking racks;
  • Filling out relevant documents related to activities (checklists, reports);
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards; and
  • Participating in physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Valid forklift certification;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
