Human Factors Design Specialist

We are seeking an Entry Level Human Factors Specialist to join our team in Brazil.
This role is responsible for designing, testing and certifying the look, feel and operational behavior of the flight deck, from early conceptual phase to supporting airplanes through their service life.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and testing human machine interfaces for flight decks.
- Collaborating with pilots, designers and systems engineers to ensure flight deck interfaces complement the cognitive, physical, sensory and ergonomic capabilities of pilots.
- Assisting user evaluations and testing in state-of-the-art full-flight simulators and flight test airplanes.
- Assisting product development efforts to identify new and emerging technologies to increase aviation safety and add value to products or services.
- Bachelor degree in human factors, UX/UI design, engineering or psychology.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Some experience with human factors manufacturing, development or research environment.
- Some human factors experience within the aerospace/flight operation in a safety critical industry.
- Pilot certification or experience.
