With a focus on growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.
This key role will involve managing operational inputs of the sales process, including overseeing day-to-day functions of our CRM system, scheduling calls with new business opportunities, and assisting in the development of sales collateral.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining current infrastructures such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc., and execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects. Additionally, they will assist in building sales decks and procedures, oversee management of our CRM (Hubspot), and facilitate conversations with ecosystem partners.
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or similar, 2+ years of experience managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (agency experience preferred), and experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred). The successful candidate should possess an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow their network.
