Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a UX Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing user-centered solutions that enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
- Ideation and Concept Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop inventive ideas and concepts that enhance user experiences.
- Information Architecture: Develop user flows, site maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate the overall structure and organization of digital products or services.
- Interaction Design: Design interactive prototypes and test them for usability to confirm design choices.
- Visual Design: Create brand-consistent, visually appealing designs that work well on all devices.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate design concepts, rationale, and research findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Work within project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, experience with user research techniques, and solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience: Portfolio showcasing relevant UX design work, demonstrating a strong understanding of the end-to-end design process.
