Job Opportunity: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and securing production-grade, cloud-native platforms that drive real-world impact.

About the Role:

You'll be at the heart of our engineering team, scaling infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring reliability across our Azure + Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Operate and scale AKS clusters using GitOps workflows with Argo CD.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines & GitHub Actions).
  • Strengthen observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Manage authentication & RBAC with Zitadel + JWT.
  • Troubleshoot distributed Go-based services (gRPC, Redis, PostgreSQL).
  • Automate performance/load testing and harden platform security.

Requirements:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • 3+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Azure + Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, GitOps, Argo CD.
  • Solid experience with Docker & Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, container security, distributed tracing.
  • Strong grasp of observability and inter-service communication.
