AI Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering.

The role involves designing and building multi-agent AI systems, developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques. Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable, as well as expertise in fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms. They will also have experience across the entire AI development cycle, from data discovery and exploratory analysis to model development, testing, pipeline creation, and MLOps.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable AI solutions using multi-agent systems and RAG-based pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain production-grade agentic backends.
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering, grounding, and context management techniques to improve model performance.
  • Work closely with international teams to drive progress in AI model development and architecture.
  • Contribute to the development of new AI technologies and tools.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist).
  • Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow).
  • Strong expertise in RAG-based systems and production-grade agentic backends.
  • Deep knowledge of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
  • Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management.
  • Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.
