Analista de Processos

Buscamos um profissional para atuar em equipe e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da empresa. O Analista de Processos será responsável por auxiliar na elaboração e condução de ferramentas do Lean manufacturing: 5S, Cronoanálises.

As principais funções desse cargo incluem:

  • Elaborar métodos e processos industriais;
  • Descrever etapas, operações e procedimentos padrões dos postos de trabalho;
  • Analisar os dados operacionais do processo através de relatórios e gráficos;
  • Desenvolver trabalhos voltados a melhorias;
  • Acompanhar e atualizar mapas de velocidade para garantir a performance adequada nas máquinas.

Para esse cargo, buscamos candidatos com formação acadêmica relevante e habilidades técnicas específicas, como:

  • Domínio da ferramenta de Lean manufacturing;
  • Habilidades analíticas e problem-solving;
  • Esquema estratégico e gerenciamento de projetos.
