Position Overview:

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform capabilities to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the deployment and ongoing support of systems and platforms across various departments.
- Collaborate with platform vendors, infrastructure architects, and stakeholders to develop and maintain robust platform architecture.
- Act as the technical lead for projects involving implementation, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of systems.
- Establish best practices for platform system administration and coordinate with support teams to ensure effective assistance is provided.
- Review vendor feature roadmaps, monitor release plans, and advise management on upgrade strategies and change management.
- Design and implement tools, utilities, and reports that facilitate platform monitoring and usage assessment.
- Engage with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Analyze and resolve operational and optimization challenges.
- Prepare and present management reports that highlight system performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert-level support for deployed solutions, collaborating with support staff to resolve issues within defined service level agreements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a technical lead role, with a focus on delivering and maintaining enterprise-level systems and platforms.
- Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and supporting solutions within clinical business units.
