Technical Architect Position

As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and managing technical integrations with our APIs, ensuring seamless and efficient setup for clients.

This involves collaborating with clients to architect and manage their technical integration with our APIs, providing expert guidance on optimal ways to leverage API features, translating complex client requirements into actionable user stories, and developing high-quality technical documentation and integration guides.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical Onboarding: Partner with clients to ensure smooth technical integration with our APIs.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, advising them on best practices for leveraging API features.
  • Translate and Advocate: Decode and translate complex client requirements and workflows into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Develop Integration Assets: Create and refine technical documentation, integration guides, and code samples to empower clients.
  • Drive Product Insight: Synthesize client feedback, integration patterns, and common challenges into strategic insights for the Product team.
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the integration process.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Architect or similar client-facing technical role.
    • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including reading API docs and using tools like Postman/Curl.
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, integration patterns, and basic networking concepts.
  • Client-Facing Excellence:
    • Proven ability to build trust and communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
    • Exceptional listening, presentation, and whiteboarding skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Translation Skills:
    • Demonstrated talent for deconstructing ambiguous business problems and designing elegant technical solutions.
    • Ability to act as a translator, moving between business language and technical jargon.
  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or last-mile delivery is a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with concepts like SLAs, ETAs, fleet management, and tracking systems.
  • Cultural Fit:

    • Exceptional communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audience.
