Key Job Responsibilities- Collaborate and partner with teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction.
- Develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
- Build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.
- Program or project management experience of 3+ years.
- Working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams for 3+ years.
- Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics for 3+ years.
