Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client consulting initiatives, driving strategic partnerships and business growth. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Visa teams to cultivate and manage the projects pipeline, focusing on issuers.
  • Leading consulting initiatives and contributing to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities.
  • Developing frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address impactful opportunities and challenges.
  • Building solutions and actionable insights to help clients grow their portfolios and cardholder engagement with the issuer.
  • Partnering with peers across functional areas and global regional teams to execute projects, leveraging Visa's resources.
  • Producing insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and drive understanding of client issues.
  • Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets to determine meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Building new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents, and consulting approaches applicable across VCA practice.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 7 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or statistics.
  • Master's, PhD, or MBA degrees will be a competitive differentiation.
  • Relevant experience at large management consulting firms and/or financial institutions and/or neobanks.
  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance, with a significant focus on impacting ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
