Job Title: Site Contracts Specialist with experience in Clinical Trials, Home-Based Mexico, Brazil and Argentina

Job Overview:

This role is a remote/home-based position that requires expertise in clinical trials, site contract management, and budget negotiation.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field, and moderate contracts management experience, including experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong understanding of the clinical development process, legal and contracting parameters, and project management.
  • Ability to negotiate and prepare contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Experience with country clinical trial agreement (CTA) templates, review, and ownership of site-specific contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer-focused skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and prepare contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  2. Produce site-specific contracts from CTA templates, review, and own site-specific contracts.
  3. Submit proposed CTA and investigator budget for site review.
  4. Work closely with internal and external teams to harmonize site contracts to reflect sponsor's master service agreement terms.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Modest experience in contract research organizations or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
