Your Role:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer II, you will be integral to our regional business team, engaging deeply in the world of solution engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming the Web3 Environment: Collaborate with influential regional companies to create impactful web3 client solutions.
  • Guiding Clients: Provide clarity on technical aspects, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of Circle's offerings throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitating Design Workshops: Conduct workshops to help clients articulate their Web3 objectives and develop innovative value propositions.
  • Creating Engaging Presentations: Develop customized demonstrations and strategic plans that highlight the advantages of Circle's technology.
  • Sharing Insights: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of future Web3 solutions.
  • Building Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners and clients, supporting their success with Circle's advanced products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Circle's Business Development team, managing the technical and solution aspects of client interactions.
  • Clearly communicate Circle's product offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to accurately capture client requirements.
  • Drive client success by designing solutions and coordinating with various departments to address product limitations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve product gaps.
  • Partner with Circle's client success team to oversee technical elements post-sales.
  • Gather and communicate market feedback to keep product and engineering teams informed.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base regarding existing and upcoming products.
  • Represent the solutions engineering team at significant industry events, enhancing Circle's reputation.
  • Support the Global Solutions Engineering team with internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager, ideally within a B2B SaaS or FinTech context.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Portuguese or Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, effective in both individual and group settings.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, blending logic with innovative thinking.
  • Proven client-centric approach, recognized as a reliable partner across sales, client success, and technical teams.
  • Experience in designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with API testing, database querying, and technical flow design.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with developers on SaaS product integration and development.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, with a strong ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Interest in blockchain solutions and experience in FinTech is a definite advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and valuing relationship-building.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 25%) for external events and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook is preferred.
