We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Solutions Manager to join our team at Emergent Cold LatAm. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to identify and implement customized solutions for our clients. Your expertise in logistics will enable you to contribute to the initial cost assessment of our operations and create tailored proposals that meet customer requirements while optimizing our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement customized solutions for clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of logistics processes to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cost savings for both the company and the client.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and requirements, offering specific solutions that add value to their operations and optimize the use of logistics resources.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to ensure that expectations are met, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Studies in Logistics, Administration or Engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese is a Plus.

Skills:

  • Leadership and people management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and find efficient solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
