We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Emergent Cold Latam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of delivering customized solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement tailored solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the initial cost assessment of operations.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and requirements, offering specific solutions that add value to their operations and optimize the use of logistics resources.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of logistics processes to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cost savings for both the company and the client.
  • Work strategically to identify new business opportunities with existing clients, offering additional solutions that optimize their operations and strengthen the relationship.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to ensure that expectations are met, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Studies in Logistics, Administration or Engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese is a Plus.

Skills:

  • Leadership and people management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and find efficient solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
