The role of Global Payroll Associate involves overseeing global payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory controls and compliance requirements, as well as experience supporting payroll transformation and integration. The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, particularly Oracle, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global payroll operations across key regions, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, USA, United Kingdom, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Cayman.
- Oversee outsourced employees in collaboration with providers such as Deel, Vistra, Amaris, etc.
- Ensure regulatory controls are applied to all payroll processes, including validation of calculations and procedures.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements and resolve compliance issues.
- Stay abreast of changes in global payroll regulations and ensure timely adaptation of processes.
- 10+ years of experience in global payroll operations, ideally with previous experience at a similar level.
- Proven experience managing payroll across multiple countries and working with outsourced providers.
- Strong understanding of regulatory controls and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting payroll transformation and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
