Job Summary

The Integration/Platform Analyst will be responsible for the system integration, development, and maintenance of APIs using tools such as Azure, Mulesoft, and Openshift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with SalesForce support analysts to gather requirements for new initiatives and drive project success.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs and manage a backlog of projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain Change Management guidelines and implement recommendations to improve processes.
  • Support Salesforce Projects and New Initiatives by providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Develop training documentation and foundation guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Foster Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and promote continuous improvement through regular training and skill enhancement.
  • Design and develop infrastructure as code to support cloud solutions and software development pipeline.
Key Skills Required:
  • Microsoft Azure for cloud-based infrastructure management.
  • C# and Java languages for legacy system support.
  • Mulesoft for API development and integration.
  • Cloud platform: Azure Kubernetes Services/RedHat Openshift for scalable solutions.
  • Understanding agile software development principles and concepts.
  • Excellent source code debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Able to create clear design documents to deliver effective solutions.
  • Able to quickly learn both technical and functional processes to stay up-to-date.
  • Good decision making and business judgment with customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork competencies.
  • Excellent problem solving/analysis skills to drive project success.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication.
Desired Technical Skills:
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins/Groovy/Azure DevOps for automated deployment and testing.
  • SalesForce Platform knowledge for integration and customization.
