About the Job:
  1. Assist regional repass and registration areas with internal service calls and payment recording in SAP.
  2. Validate guarantor documentation according to company policies.
  3. Offer guidance and support via various communication channels.
  4. Participate in administrative routines and organizational tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, ensuring client guarantees are within established parameters.
Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Repass and Registration Planning team to achieve operational goals.
  2. Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (college coursework is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Office Suite software.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork ability.
