Job Description

As an Enabling Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials to dealership technicians. The role involves owning course curriculum post-development activities, ensuring delivery of consistent and positive experiences for our customers.

The key responsibilities include initiating the translation process with the translation team per project requirements, ensuring all translated files are returned as per project requirements, performing synchronization activities of translated text with training course materials, generating and integrating text-to-speech narration into training materials, and conducting functionality testing of training courses to correct errors.

You will also work closely with the John Deere University team to ensure translated language training courses and course information are available to students, and properly name and store finished training materials in the repository.
