Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Site Management Professional to oversee construction site operations and provide excellent client service.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with expertise in project coordination, quality control, and team leadership. A successful individual in this role will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in site management, with a strong background in construction operations and project coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification and OSHA 30-hour certification required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of multi-prime contracts and electrical design and construction preferred.
