Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned field administrator to manage construction operations and provide technical expertise to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in on-site field administration, supervision, inspection, and technical management.


Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations, monitoring work quality, and coordinating with the project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to develop positive business relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess advanced knowledge of construction industry laws, regulations, policies, and practices, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction site management experience
  • OSHA 10-hour certification and OSHA 30-hour certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
