Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator Opportunity

Join a dynamic and high-growth mortgage lending company as an Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for originating new business, building relationships with clients nationwide, and analyzing financial situations to select the best products to meet their needs.

Job Description:

Our licensed Loan Officers receive accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads through advanced AI technology and marketing channels. They operate in a direct sales environment, engaging with clients across the country, building rapport, and providing personalized solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the best product for each client and submit a preliminary paperless loan package.
  • Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to oversee work.
  • Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan.
  • Ensure 14-day close requirements are met.
  • Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
  • If newly licensed, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo a month of training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Selection Process:
  • Phone conversation with our Recruiter.
  • Assessment.
  • Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
  • Final interview with the CEO.
Training:
  • Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Closed Sundays and Holidays.
Supplemental Pay:
  • W-2 only.
  • Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
