Construction Information Manager

A highly skilled professional is required to develop and manage BIM models for construction projects.
This includes reviewing tender & IFC BIM models, 2D drawings, and asset data issued by consultants in line with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as advanced knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value construction projects
- Develop and implement BIM workflows, processes, and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
