Logistics Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Manage local warehouses and distribution centers to ensure efficient inventory turnover and outbound speed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve user experience.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimize logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in Brazil.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
