Learning Expert Advisor

The primary role of the Learning Consultant is to provide expert advice and guidance on learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Designing and developing training programs to address identified gaps.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Providing coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
