We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and offline marketing, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of our local social media channels: strategic planning, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting, and achievement.
- Collaborating closely with our central marketing team to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects, and events.
- Managing our Ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals.
- Leading the development of a Local Marketing Plan to boost our offline activities in Brazil - supporting multiple offices and representatives nationwide.
- Partnering with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support their work, providing timely lead generation, insights, and effective sales tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a company or advertising agency environment.
- Familiarity with marketing teams and data-driven decision making.
- A strong understanding of Brazil's media landscape, including digital, influencer marketing, and traditional media.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing strategies (performance, content, CRM, social, offline, and brand activations).
- Deep analytical skills, able to connect marketing activities to lead generation and revenue impact.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
