As a Maintenance Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and driving project progress. Your responsibilities will include providing maintenance support, ensuring smooth equipment operation, and fostering collaboration between various departments.
Core Skills:- Provide effective maintenance support to ensure seamless equipment operation.
- Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through close collaboration with multiple departments.
- Acknowledge and drive project progress across Maintenance and Production teams.
This opportunity will enable you to gain valuable insights into processes within machine tools, robotics, and Lean methodologies. You will also develop your skills in presentation, negotiation, and influence through frequent interactions with diverse areas of the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements- Engineering degree in Production or Administration.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Agile methodology understanding (desirable).
