Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. As a Multi-Site Leader, you will be responsible for providing inspirational and supportive leadership across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain health and safety standards within your area of responsibility while promoting a strong safety culture on site
  • Manage meaningful data collection within the inventory control and systems environment
  • Strive to achieve productivity targets and reduce cost per unit
  • Collaborate closely with other support teams on staffing plans and performance levels
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience leading large and diverse teams
  • Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed master's degree or MBA
  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies
