Role Overview

The Graduate Program is an 18-month developmental experience designed to equip future leaders with a comprehensive business perspective.

Participants will cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, build strong professional networks, and gain deep insight into the business from multiple strategic angles.

Focusing on accelerated growth through high performance, continuous learning, and exposure to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of Business Plans for key areas based on main Strategic Planning variables.
  • Tracking Service Station Commitment Programs and updating KPIs on Puma Team Portal.
  • Analysis and reporting of Operational Indicators for service stations.
Commercial Agro & B2B Functions
  • Commercial Plan development and Volume Estimation, reviewing sales budgets and variances daily and biweekly.
  • Handling customer calls, quotations, and deal closures under supervision.
  • Releasing sales orders due to expiration or credit limit excess.
  • Supervising geographic coverage plans and commercial networks.
  • Managing transportation clients and Oil & Gas customers.
Natural Gas Operations
  • Supporting internal administrative processes such as invoicing and collections with a focus on efficiency.
  • Supervising market trends, pricing, and industry conditions.
  • Executing commercial negotiations to optimize results.
  • Coordinating daily gas dispatch operations to ensure supply-demand balance.
  • Contributing to strategic planning through data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Evaluating new business opportunities in terms of feasibility and impact.
  • Leading commercial contract execution.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and database management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent university graduates (2024 or 2025) with 0-2 years of postgraduate work experience.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Spanish (C1/C2), both oral and written required.
  • Dynamic personality with ability to take initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
