Immersive Experience Designer

We are a studio specializing in virtual reality content creation. Our mission is to push the boundaries of interactive storytelling and create world-class experiences for immersive platforms.

As an Immersive Experience Designer, you will have the freedom to innovate and prototype cutting-edge XR experiences. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that emphasizes collaboration, agility, and creativity.

The role involves crafting user experiences and interfaces, applying UX/UI standards, and creating design documentation for developers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the UX/UI strategy and roadmap based on analysis;
  • Providing rationale and data for UX recommendations;
  • Applying UX/UI standards to identify improvement areas and testing new standards through analysis and tests;
  • Preparing UX/UI design and delivery documentation for developers;
  • Analyzing user insights to enhance consumer experience;
  • Developing a solid UI Styleguide for the game;
  • Building key UI elements, such as menus, navigation buttons, and narrative text boxes;
  • Creating UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate navigation functions and look;
  • Presenting rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of UX principles and directives;
  • Great visual skills to create intuitive interfaces;
  • Good knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma;
  • Experience with digital graphical tools like Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Great iconography, grid, and typography skills;
  • Capacity to analyze User Experience insights and wireframes, and build high-fidelity user interface prototypes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Time estimation, management, and organizational skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in multimedia presentation software;
  • Advanced English.
