As a Game Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative, narrative-driven XR experiences with a high level of creative freedom.

Game Designers at our company are responsible for conceptualizing and iterating game mechanics and systems, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to create an immersive player experience.
Main Cross-Functional Activities:
- Designing and iterating the game's core features and content from prototype to final product.
- Creating and maintaining technical design documentation.
- Working in-engine, creating and iterating levels and mechanics aligned with the high-level vision of pacing, difficulty, and the player's emotional journey.
- User testing to ensure the player's needs come first.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality product.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience as a game designer with at least one shipped game.
- Player-centered approach to game design.
- Experience with prototyping in quick iterations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with independence and task prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Awareness of technological trends and interest in interactive media.
- Ability to respond to change and adapt.
- Constantly seeking self-improvement and learning new skills.
- Openness to learn new tools and skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and find new solutions.
- Experience with Unity 3D.
- Advanced English skills.
We also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Interest in understanding other game development disciplines and their tools.
- A passion for games, movies, TV, art, animation, electronics, RPGs, theater, and narrative experiences.
