Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the internal and external communications strategy for the company in Brazil;
  2. Oversee and collaborate with PR Managers in the rest of the markets we operate;
  3. Generate and carry out PR strategies that position the brand, generate awareness for the company, and promote its products and services;
  4. Generate content creation to support corporate and marketing activities, including written and visual materials such as press releases, blog posts, social media content, visual content, etc. to be used across different channels and platforms;
  5. Pitch media while developing relationships with relevant journalists and bloggers;

  7. Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and alliances;
  8. Keep track of regional industry trends and events;

  11. Manage our PR agencies in the region.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Communications Manager or in a similar position;
  2. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or similar;
  3. Experience working in international companies;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences;
  5. Strong media relations experience, with a demonstrated ability to secure media coverage and manage press inquiries effectively;
  6. Solid understanding of digital communication channels and social media platforms;
  7. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  8. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations;
  9. High level of attention to detail;
  10. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across departments;
  11. Elementary/Intermediate Spanish level: A2+ (is a plus);
  12. Experience in companies from the same sector (is a plus).
