Job Overview

The Global Onboarding Process Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for Commercial Banking clients. This involves overseeing the global onboarding process, managing all aspects, and collaborating with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing point of contact for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during international onboarding
  • Manage multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction client onboardings and product & service implementations
  • Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans using project management principles and practices
  • Support sales partners and the sales process with RFP responses, client presentations, and in-person client visits
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, including client-facing roles
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication ability
  • Excellent Spanish written & verbal communication ability
