Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the onboarding process for new clients and advertisers. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to drive process improvements and standardize onboarding steps.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Effective coordination of onboarding processes for direct and agency clients
  • Liaison with internal teams to ensure contract approval and documentation
  • Management of internal trackers and reports related to onboarding status
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Previous experience in digital advertising, agencies, or media companies (a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
