Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
