This role is responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process for 3PL partners. As a key team member, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Draft and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for 3PL partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of onboarding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Design and manage dashboards to track pipeline status, cycle time, and qualification outcomes.
- Present regular reports to support business decisions, including partner pass rates, document completeness, and compliance gaps.
- Monitor 3PL partner performance during the early ramp-up period to flag potential risks.
- Analyze data using SQL to inform onboarding strategies and optimize partner tracking.
- Streamline partner monitoring and compliance checks through automation and data analysis.
- Support ad-hoc analysis related to 3PL structure, coverage, risk signals, or partner segmentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, vendor onboarding, or partner compliance management.
- Familiarity with data analytic tools such as SQL or similar software.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Fluency in Portuguese required; working proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is advantageous.
