We're seeking a seasoned Onboarding Solutions Specialist to drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and timely realization of our platform's value.
This critical role is responsible for project managing customer onboardings, accelerating time-to-value, and driving customer growth and retention. You'll collaborate closely with internal technical resources to empower and train customers on using our platform and its powerful features effectively.
To succeed in this position, you'll need a strong technical background, including knowledge of API documentation, HTML, CSS, and XML, as well as basic data structures and data flows. Experience with short to medium-term projects and strong project management skills are highly desirable.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding, with PM qualifications such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2 being a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with business fluency in English are essential. Time and task management skills, as well as proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, are also crucial.
