About the role
The Fleet Maintenance assistant will be responsible for managing PTI services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Pre-Trip Inspection and Post-Trip Inspection, guiding drivers to solve reported problems and directing them to support.
- Follow FMCSA scores to check points of improvement to help the area and company oversee evolution.
- Report through KPIs the coverage and response over drivers and assets.
- Feed management platform in real-time, providing guidance to dependent teams.
- Take care of SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish an advantage.
- Studying technician or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar.
- Knowledge in maintenance and trucks an advantage.
- Availability and desire to learn.
- Sense of urgency and problem-solving.
- Organized and focused.
