About The Role

The Fleet Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for managing preventive maintenance (PM) services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related to fleet upkeep.

Responsibilities
  • Manage workshops, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks, and record relevant information.
  • Ensure the health of each truck in the fleet by managing mandatory maintenance.
  • Report KPIs related to coverage and response times for drivers and assets.
  • Update the management platform in real time and coordinate with related teams.
  • Maintain SLA and performance standards for individual trucks, generating reports.
Requisitos
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Studying or holding a degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering, or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and trucks is advantageous.
  • Availability and eagerness to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and focused.
