About The Role

The Fleet Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for managing PTI services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related to maintenance processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) and Post-Trip Inspection, guiding drivers to resolve reported issues and directing them to support.
  • Monitor FMCSA scores to identify areas for improvement, helping oversee the evolution of processes.
  • Report KPIs related to coverage and response times for drivers and assets.
  • Update the management platform in real-time, providing guidance to related teams.
  • Ensure SLA and performance standards for individual trucks, generating reports accordingly.
Requisitos
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Studying or holding a degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and trucks is an advantage.
  • Availability and eagerness to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and focused.
